Properties rented out to others for their holidays are still often our homes and purchased with consideration and heart. At Ivy May, we respect this with a clear understanding that these houses need to pay for themselves and cover the not insignificant costs of second homes.
Client Relationship
Ours is a three-party relationship with the owners and the guests working in tandem with the holiday booking agents.
Most imperative from us is the flexibility to our client’s needs and a fundamental understanding of the idiosyncracies of the property. We work hard with our clients and gain clear instructions on how they wish the property presented on their behalf. We then approach each property individually mastering the changeover competently, being the eyes of our owners when they are not present and a close contact point for the guests.
We have always been a hands-on company only undertaking the care of a small portfolio so that we can understand and care consistently for each property. In order to continue and maintain reliability, those we work within our team are well trained to our own system, local , trusted and well paid.
